As you can tell from our Designs we are not the designer who has one style we mix up to each client. We pride ourselves on listening to the clients passions, lifestyles, visions and budgets and create 100% around that. Each design becomes unique to them.

This Luxury Western project reflects the clients lifestyle- A Dairy owner and competitive Horse Reining career is well represented in this design- We have posted a few before photos to show where this ranch style house started and where we brought it to. Because of their lifestyle and vision we were able to bring in some heavy western and Indian textures into the design. One of the wow factors of this project is the window treatments, every window treatment we incorporated authentic hand picked cow hid rugs and turned them into window treatments we embellished them with conches and trims that Brought in the chaps element. These were painstakingly created around the clients lifestyle and family ranch history. I was honored to be a part of this and am blessed to still call me friends today.

Street Of Dreams Luxury Design Show House 2005

This home was a ground up construction where we worked alongside the builder on all aspects of the design and finish materials of this 10,000 square foot home. We then staged it with furniture and eclectic heavy masculine  layered with rich colors, heavy textures, and unique furniture to be shown to 100,000 of thousands of tour goers for the 2005 Henderson Nevada Street of Dream Show Tour.

It was a fun chapter in our design journey.

We Gutted this tired house within the walls and created a open concept living floor plan with clean fresh colors.  Went on the market and Sold in 1 day
