Workshop Title: Succulent Pumpkin Centerpiece — All Materials + Instruction + Complimentary Wine

Overview Participants will create a ready-to-display fall centerpiece by planting succulents into a real or faux pumpkin. All materials are provided. A complimentary glass of wine is served. At the end, each participant takes home a finished centerpiece plus care instructions.

Schedule 0:00–0:10 — Welcome & Setup

• Guest check-in, name tags, seating

• Distribution of materials and tools

• Brief safety and etiquette notes (wine, tools, workspace)

0:10–0:20 — Introduction & Design Inspiration

• Short talk on design principles for centerpieces: balance, scale, color, texture

• Examples of successful succulent pumpkin arrangements

• Quick overview of succulent types provided and their care needs

0:20–0:30 — Pumpkin Preparation

• Option A: Real pumpkin — hollowing, removing seeds/insides, prepping drainage

• Option B: Faux pumpkin — prepping top cut and drainage layer

• Demonstration of lining options (plastic liner, sphagnum moss, landscape fabric)

• Participants prepare their pumpkins with instructor assistance
